HCA Healthcare Scrubs Customization Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to the HCA Healthcare scrubs customization service provided by Care+Wear. By using this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

This service is exclusively available to verified HCA Healthcare employees and affiliated healthcare professionals. Your use of this service is subject to your continued employment or affiliation with HCA Healthcare.

2. Eligibility and Access

2.1 Verified Access: Access to this service requires verification through an authorized HCA Healthcare email domain. Eligible domains include but are not limited to: hcahealthcare.com, healthtrustpg.com, hcaflorida.com, healthone.com, and other approved HCA division domains.

2.2 Employee Status: You must be a current HCA Healthcare employee or authorized affiliate to use this service. Misrepresentation of your status may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

2.3 Personal Use: This service is intended for personal use only. Bulk ordering for resale or distribution outside HCA Healthcare is prohibited.

3. Products and Customization

3.1 Product Selection: Available products are limited to those approved for HCA Healthcare branding and customization. Product availability may vary by division and is subject to change.

3.2 Logo Usage: All logos and branding elements are the exclusive property of HCA Healthcare and its divisions. These may only be used on approved products and in accordance with HCA brand guidelines.

3.3 Customization Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in all customizations, minor variations in logo placement, color, or size may occur. Please review your customization carefully before placing your order.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. HCA Healthcare employees receive exclusive discounted pricing on all products.

4.2 Payment Processing: Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

4.3 Order Confirmation: All orders require confirmation and may be subject to review for verification purposes. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet eligibility requirements.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Processing Time: Customized products require additional processing time. Standard processing is 7-10 business days, not including shipping time.

5.2 Shipping Addresses: Products may only be shipped to addresses within the United States. We recommend shipping to your work address to ensure secure delivery.

5.3 Delivery Issues: Care+Wear is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation. Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Customized Products: Due to their personalized nature, customized products with HCA Healthcare logos cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

6.2 Size Exchanges: Size exchanges may be available within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability and a restocking fee. Original tags must remain attached.

6.3 Defective Products: Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced at no cost. Please contact customer service within 30 days with photos of the defect.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Data Collection: We collect only the minimum information necessary to process your order and verify your eligibility. This includes your HCA Healthcare email, shipping information, and order preferences.

7.2 Data Sharing: Your personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order and verify your HCA Healthcare employment status.

7.3 Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and payment information.

8. Charitable Commitment

8.1 Hope Fund Donation: As part of our partnership with HCA Healthcare, 10% of profits from all scrub sales through this platform will be donated to the HCA Healthcare Hope Fund.

8.2 Impact Reporting: Care+Wear will provide periodic reports to HCA Healthcare regarding donations made to the Hope Fund as a result of this program.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 HCA Healthcare Trademarks: All HCA Healthcare logos, trademarks, and branding elements remain the exclusive property of HCA Healthcare and its divisions. Use is limited to the authorized customization of approved products.

9.2 Care+Wear Property: The Care+Wear name, logo, and product designs are the intellectual property of Care+Wear and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability: We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

10.2 Product Liability: Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10.3 Employment Changes: We are not responsible for orders placed by individuals whose HCA Healthcare employment status changes after order placement but before delivery.

11. Modifications and Termination

11.1 Terms Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through notices on the service.

11.2 Service Termination: Either party may terminate this service agreement. HCA Healthcare may terminate the partnership, or individual access may be terminated for violation of these terms.

11.3 Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used inappropriately.
